Spring, summer, fall, winter, it does not matter what season it is, everyone associates certain foods with the season.  Spring equals rhubarb in our house. Summer always brings cold salads and grilling to mind.  Not a fall goes by that Pumpkin Bars or Apple Cake isn’t baked in my kitchen. Winter is the time for comfort foods like Orange Garvy and Oven Meatballs, and heart-warming soups simmering on the stove.  Seasonal favorites will change with each season.  I hope you find a recipe you will add to your own list of seasonal favorites.
